The Case for Astrology
A great astrology book to check out (if you can find it - it's out of print) is The Case For Astrology by John Anthony West and Jan Gerhard Toonder. It covers the whole scope of astrology from the origins up to the somewhat present day (the 1970's). It's filled with great lines from astrologers. An example: "Twenty-five hundred years ago, Hippocrates declared that a doctor who was not also an astrologer was not worth his salt." I love dipping into this book at random.
